Precision Die-Cut Components

Technical Adhesive Products Ltd (TAP) is a company within the PPI Group specialising in the manufacture and distribution of precision die-cut components for electrical, electronic and general industrial applications.

TAP uses only the highest quality pressure-sensitive materials manufactured by PPI Adhesive Products Ltd. These materials are tested in accordance with international standards. Many are UL recognised and comply with military specifications. Please ask for a PPI catalogue for further details.

Typical substrates are:

Migration-free siliconised polyester film from Valentia Industries Ltd (another company within the PPI Group) is used as a release liner for TAP die-cut components. On request siliconised paper can be supplied as a release liner.

TAP manufactures die-cut components in a wide variety of shapes and thicknesses to individual customer specifications. These componenets can be supplied printed, unprinted or with an ink-receptive coating for bar-coding.

Pressure sensitive die-cut components are normally supplied in roll form but may also be supplied in individual pieces.
